Shipping, Packaging & Documentation

• Packing: Nude or bulk form with essential parts wrapped in anti-corrosion film.

• Shipping: Units can be shipped by 40HQ container (with some disassembly), Ro-Ro shipping, or bulk vessel depending on destination.

• Lead Time: 15–25 working days after deposit confirmation.

1. Raw Material Selection & Laser Cutting

   • High-grade carbon steel sheets are selected and precision-cut using automated CNC and laser machines.

2. Frame Welding & Assembly

   • Robotic welding arms and skilled technicians construct the chassis and side structures, ensuring consistent weld strength and finish.

3. Sandblasting & Surface Treatment

   • All parts are sandblasted to remove impurities before being electrocoated or painted for corrosion resistance.

4. Parts Installation

   • Axles, suspensions, hydraulic lines, lighting systems, and deck components are fitted and tested.

Final Inspection

• A dedicated QC team performs dimensional verification, load testing, and brake performance evaluation before dispatch.

• Static Load Testing: Conducted with weight simulations up to 1.2× the rated load
